Anyody have same problem?

I have CLEAR for my internet service. I watch MLB.TV at night. Tonight I checked my bandwith speed just before six and it read 4700+ kbps. Just after six, I choose the baseball game I want to watch and it freezes then cuts back to regular time. I checked my bandwith and it was sub 500 kbps. It's like voodoo.
