Help with my self-harm issue?

I used to self-harm, but it was just with my finger nails and I would dig them in really deep and scratch my skin. My mom eventually took me to the doctor & he knows about it. But the other day i used a pair of scissors instead of my nails. i know i shouldnt have done it, and i'm not proud of my self harming. my mum is really angry at me now and its making me more upset. she threatened to take me to a psychiatric hospital but i dont want to go. she booked an appointment for me to see my doctor again and i dont mind talking to him about it. i'm worried that when i go there my cut will have healed a lot and he might think my mum's making a fuss about nothing because when i hurt myself i didnt even do it very deep.. what do i do? i saw him a few days ago before all this, and now he's going to think i'm weird. he's already suggested that i see a counsellor but i can't until the week after next week.

Terrible abdominal pain?

When I was pregnant with my first son in 09 I started getting this terrible pain in my abdomen. It usually lasts about 20-30 minutes straight and on a scale from 1-10 its a 12. I've had 2 kids and this pain feels worse than giving birth, in fact, it feels like something in my stomach is squeezing so hard its about to burst. The pain is mostly right under my ribcage where they separate and it spreads to my back. I've been to the ER for this matter about 3 times and never got treated or diagnosed with anything. In fact,they kept asking me if I was taking illegal drugs and I got very offended cuz I've went there 3 times for the same problem and they wouldn't even take me serious. Anybody know what this could possibly be? A friend said it could be ulcers,I'm just asking on here cuz my insurance was temporarily cut off and I had another episode today but I don't wanna go back to the hospital and have to pay another bill for nothing.

HELP, MY CENTRAL AIR CONDITION UNIT PIPES KEEP FREEZING UP.?

My central air condition unit keeps freezing up. Today I checked the capacitor and it was not swollen and look the same as the day the tech put it in 2 years ago. But, the bottom of the unit was filled with a medium size planter amount of dirt and debris. I removed the cover and moved over the fan and got it all out. Then, I removed the cover from the inside unit and it was frozen too. so since I turned off the main power from the breaker box and the power directly connected to the unit, I melt the ice. I used my portable vac to blow the fan which was really dirty and blew all the around the inside too but it was that dirty anywhere else visible to the eye. Thereafter, I noticed that the plastic drain outside had a piece on it that was turned up that seemed to always hold the water in. I called my friends to see in which direction theirs were pointing and they told me down. Since mine was glued or calked on, I cut it off (i have an ACE Hardware store and a Lowes not to far from me so if I need another, I'll run and get one). Thereafter, I opened the vent holding the filter and used my Kirby to suck up all the dirt and debris that was found in there. It was a lot. I placed a new filter in there and shut it down for 9 1/2 hours then I turned both power sources back on and turned on the unit. MY QUESTION IS, will doing all of these things keep my unit from freezing up? Right now its working fine and the temperature is dropping pretty quickly. Please advise. Also, how can I test for leaks before I have a tech come out and add freon? My friends mentioned some dye test but I haven't a clue what it is or where to buy it. Is it attainable or only for licensed techs? Thank you in advance for your advice and swift reply.

I feel my friend is manipulating me and playing mind games. any advice on what i should do ?

Sorry I know the post is long but there is no shorter way of putting it. I think that a friend of mine is manipulating and playing mind games with me. There have been a few incidents with him which i think proves my point. He pretends to be caring and for my own good. But i have also noticed that he can be very jealous if he sees me talking to or texting other guys. He has said to me he has feelings for me and he wants more to happen between us. But i dont feel the same way about him. And i dont think i have lead him on in any way. I was out for a few drinks with my him recently and a few of his lad friends. There was one guy i had never met before as he was his college friend from outside town. We got talking and we seemed to get along quite well in my opinion. I didn't fancy him but he was a nice guy to talk to. I then got a text message from my friend from who was sitting across the table from us saying 'if you get with my friend im not gonna talk to you anymore' he's 26 years old by the way and behaving like a child. I thought it was a pretty childish thing to do. When ever i get talking to his guy friends he gets so jealous and accuses me of ignoring and not being a proper friend to him. And just a few days ago i told him i am back texting an ex boyfriend he is someone i still have a lot of feelings for. He messaged me on facebook accusing me of being caught in a stupid rut and that i should listen to him and not text that particular guy anymore. He then accused me (after hearing about me texting my ex) of being ignorant with his friends and all his friends said the same thing to him about me. I feel like i cant win with him. If i chat to his friends he accuses me of ignoring him and not being a good friend to him and he also accuses me of trying to 'get off' with them. He told me his friends don't like me. Why would i bother talking to them if that is the case? Im thinking of just cutting all ties with him. I told him not to bother texting me again because i am still angry with him. I haven't heard from him in a few days now. I think he has influenced other guys and turned them away from me. One guy i kissed a few time no longer talks to me anymore and removed me from his facebook page for no reason. He told me he can make people like or dislike each other with a statement to them about the other person.

My mother informed me several months later that her mother was in the hospital with cancer. She died in the sixth month. My auntie came over to the U.S. 10 years later. She had a pendant with the Lords prayer engraved on her neck and I commented on it. She said her mother had one just like it but she had lost it the day of the funeral. The night before she was leaving while looking for a pen in her purse, she found it and gave it to me, not her daughter of son or grandchild but to me. It was confirmation to me. What does it mean when you have recurring dreams of going and /or moving away but never really get there?

I've been having these 2 recurring dreams actually of going away wherever but I never really get there either because I wake up or maybe other reasons in the dream I can't remember. I'm always all packed up and in the plane, car, bus and whatever the hell else with, 1 time my father and ex girlfriend, my friend, my family and whoever else, whenever else but I just can't ever recall GETTING or being there. The other dream is being in a home that is unfamiliar to me but it feels like mines and there's friends (I guess because I have like 2 really good friends and that's about it) just hanging out chilling having fun laughing, drinking and I'm just happy. The other day thinking back, though I realize that I didn't know the people I was comfortable enough with to have at my (uming) house , (which was just a group of peoeple), I also realize I can't remember a face but I do remember seeing a white girl with a short hair cut sitting on the floor leaning on the sofa with a drink facing the other way talking in 1 of my dreams and I remember being in a kitchen laughing, chatting and drinking just having a good time ( feels like with white people around my age , mostly white atleast, and I have no problem with them but it was weird beacuse apart from me having like no friends really they were also mostly white I guess which was strange to me)but who were the people and why do I KEEP having these kind of dreams? I have really dry skin on my face and i find that when i put my foundation on it makes my dry skin more visible. I tried to reduce this by not wearing powder but this did not seem to work and my makeup came of during the day. I have tried nivea soft moisturiser, soap and glory body er, Johnston's baby oil and some others but they do not seem to work. Ok. I'm Starting a 16-19 year old Legion Baseball team tonight, which is extrememly competetive. Whats worse, is that i got cut from spring ball this year as a junior for the second straight year. Im a feeding mom-having trouble getting off the last 5-10 lbs?

Im now 10 lbs lighter than my pre pregnancy weight, but I still have about 8 lbs until I reach my ultimate goal of 135. I'm feeding my daughter, which has helped me get to this point because of the extra calories I burn. I also take part in a high intensity work out program 4 days a week, and eat mainly organic, lean foods. Despite all of this, I feel like I have reached a plateau and cannot seem to lose any more weight. A friend of mine recommended cutting out meat and dairy, as long as I replace it with other protein packed foods like black beans and quinoa. Does anyone else have any ideas? I feel like I'm holding onto water weight...I feel inflated. What I need to do is a detox and cleanse my body, but I can't do that because of feeding. If anyone can give me any ideas on how I can drop these last couple of lbs, I'd really appreciate it!

I remember a day where I used to feel so much happy, full of hope and desire for life's adventure. I remember when I felt like I could do anything in this world. Just for specific clarification the stundent is 14, both birth parents are legal guardians. The student has been cutting OCCASIONALLY for the past year. The teacher knows for sure, and has spoken with the student about it. The student has made it very clear that she does not want her parents to know. There are no indications of suicide or cidal attempts, or expression of suicidal or cidal thoughts. There is no record of the student becoming violent, and no record of any psychological condition other than mild-moderate depression. The stundent lives in Georgia if the law (if even in existence) varies with the state. Also just to clarify I don't want any advice on whether or not the teacher SHOULD tell the parents, just if they CAN. Thank you for your time.

Lately I've been getting really stressed and some bad times have caught up with me, I've recently been caught up with police (no crime, I'm not like that) and they've just crowded me with psychologists and nurses and helping hands. You can cut defense and raise taxes all you want, but we are facing tens of trillions of dollars in unfunded liabilities from entitlements that will place an insurmountable burden of debt on my generation, and that is where we ought to start if we want to get serious about this debt crises. I noticed when I started shaving often I would get shaving bumps, then I cut back on shaving, soon after I stopped and started using Nair. and I don't have the money to consider waxing every month. I've tried fading creams, cocoa er, and Shea er all with Vitamin E in them I STILL get scars no matter what I try. Hi there. Well to start off with, the average recommended daily calorie intake is anywhere between 1500 and 2000 calories a day. Anything below 1000 calories is considered starving yourself. The more you weight the quicker the weight will come off in the beginging. I would say if you cut your calorie intake, eat healthy foods, drink lots of water and workout 5 days a week you should at least be able to lose 30 pounds by Sept 5 ( the average is 10 pounds lost a month). I would say its possible if you work super hard but either way you should be able to accomplish quite a bit by then. best of luck to you

Brion doesn't help much in a deck with smaller creatures, and I'm sure most in your deck are smaller. Dry, crunchy hair :(?

I recently got my hair cut from 3 inches past my shoulders to about shoulder length to try and get my split ends off but my hair is really dry and crunchy at the ends. I got it cut around 2 months ago and I have only used my flat iron twice on the bottom part of my hair and when I put it up in a ponytail it looks really choppy and uneven with chunky sections sticking out near the bottom even though I got it cut one length and I grew out all my layers. Also near the front of my head on my bangs there is some newer hair (around 3 months old) that is bent in a lot of different directions and it's thicker then some of the other strands around it. It just seemed so damaged I cut it off ): what could have caused that? I use Wen every day in the shower and leave it on for a long time but my hair doesn't seem to be getting better :( what should I do? Should I cut more off?

Is my cut healing properly?

about three weeks ago i stepped on a broken beer bottle & cut myself on the bottom of my foot. I made the mistake of going to the hospital till the next day but after all I ended up getting 9 PAINFUL stitches on the bottom of my foot. After 2 weeks with them on I went to get them removed & they told me to stay off it for a couple more weeks. My question is if its normal for my whole foot to turn purple while i have it down? if i am laying down there seems to be no problem but as soon as im on my feet using my crutches or sitting my foot starts turning a bit darker, theres no pain, heat, or coldness should i be concerned?

dont use any products on your hair besides damage repair shampoo and buying some great conditioner you leave in for 2 mins an rise helps repair it alot... no hair dryer, streightener, anything that could seriously damage the ends and make it break..be gentle when brushing your hair that will also make it break dont use a metal brush, and finally go to your local hair salon ask for a shock treatment , its a conditioning treatment that stays in for 3 weeks, i got one it made my hair feel amazing after using bottle of bleach over time. i also use salon recommended shapoo its a little expensive but worth it. see what your stylist recomends for your hair , every hair type is diffrent =) i style and cut my sisters hair , she has scene hair as much as she dyes it i need to know this! lol
