Some of the women at church have short hair and I disagree with that. I believe women are supposed to wear?

long hair. I think it says in the Bible that a woman's hair is her glory. How do I go about telling them they should grow long hair without coming across mean? I don't know these women personally so should I try to start a friendship up first? This is a big deal to me because this is how I think women are supposed to be and I was raised this way too.
